Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
The thing most people miss the most when following an egg free diet is baked goods. Most people assume they can never eat these goods. Egg Free Cookie Ingredients
½ cup of soft butter
1/3 cup white granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla essence or seeds from one pod
3 tablespoons of light vegetable oil
A handful of chocolate chips
Cooking your Egg Free Cookies
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream the butter and sugars, together.
Slowly add in flour and baking soda to this mix.
Add the vanilla and oil gradually and cream it together to form a dough.
Just before the dough comes together into a ball add the chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into a tube and cut it into biscuits.
Bake in your preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
The cookies should be golden, slightly soft to the touch.
Leave them on baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up a bit.
Finally, transfer the biscuits to a wire rack to finish cooling.
